The casing of these SRLs is made of high-impact strength polymer to prevent breakage and is nearly indestructible. The lifeline is made of high-strength 3/16" steel galvanized cable, making it more secure when working around sharp objects or in exterior applications. The SRL includes a swivel anchorage eye with a self-locking carabiner on the housing and a snaphook with an impact indicator at the lifeline end.

These SRLs also include an internal energy absorption system and a quick-action braking system, which ensures a safer fall arrest. They are extremely light in weight and compact, making them easily carried and helping to reduce user fatigue. The thermoplastic housing is extremely rugged, making the SRL a durable and reliable fall protection device.
